2. Quotations and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by our company are based on information available at the time of inspection or consultation. We reserve the right to amend pricing if additional work is identified during the project or if there are changes in material costs. Written estimates remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings and Payment

• Clients may book services via our site or through direct contact with our office at 47 Walcot Street, Bath.
• A deposit may be required prior to commencement of work, as agreed in writing.
• Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project, or according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Payments accepted include bank transfer and cheque as specified in the project agreement.

4. Site Access and Safety

Clients must ensure that safe and unhindered access to the roofing site is available during the project. Heritage Slate & Lead Craftsmen adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations to protect both our team and the client’s property. We are not liable for delays or additional costs arising from restricted access or hazardous conditions not disclosed before the project start date.

5. Warranty and Liability

We provide warranties on both materials and workmanship as detailed in individual project agreements. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective work within the warranty period. We are not responsible for damage caused by external factors such as severe weather, structural issues unrelated to our work, or third-party interference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on this site, including images, text, and branding, are the intellectual property of Heritage Slate & Lead Craftsmen. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without explicit written permission.
